Labor Neunzehn is an artist-run space in Berlin engaged in a multidisciplinary discourse that involves expanded cinema, modern music, publishing, and the critical reflection in media art. Besides the regular use for work purposes, the atelier is employed on an irregular basis as an independent curatorial platform and a non-profit space for the production and the presentation of artistic projects, exhibitions, concerts, workshops and collaborative research work across disciplines.

Labor Neunzehn currently develops three curatorial programs.

The Exhibition Series aims to showcase new media art as a tool for critique and reflections about politics, value systems and economy today. Kamera, a non-regular film screening program, gathers avant-garde and experimental works in a daily thematic row, to be screened within a limited time-frame. Cluster, a concert series devoted to sound investigation and notated music, aims to offer an exchange platform for musicians in Berlin-Treptow, at the intersection point of compositional, recording and performance practices.
